Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-05 (UTC)
This policy governs subscription cancellations and refunds for CYBOT services.
1. Starter Plan
The Starter Plan is provided at no cost and may be modified, restricted, or discontinued at any time.
2. Paid Subscriptions
2.1 Billing
Paid subscriptions currently include Pro and Business plans.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance.
Monthly and annual billing options are available.
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront charge.
All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3. Trials
Unless explicitly stated in writing, CYBOT does not offer free trials.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
• Using the account billing settings, or
• Contacting support at contact@cybot.tech
Cancellation stops future renewals.
Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Downgrades
If you downgrade to a lower plan, the downgrade takes effect at the next billing cycle.
6. Refunds
Refund requests must be raised within 14 days of the billing date.
Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be issued. Refund requests are reviewed based on the nature of the subscription, the transaction details, the payment method used, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the customer’s country or region.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of access while the dispute is investigated.
8. Payment Failures
If payment fails:
• We may retry payment
• Access may be suspended after reasonable notice
• Data may be retained temporarily for account recovery
9. Separate Written Agreements
Enterprise service terms may be documented separately for services not purchased through the standard public plans.
These arrangements are available only through direct engagement with our team and are not part of the standard public plans.
